Consultancy That Works as Hard as You

We hold a number of consultancy positions, providing an outsourced Property Director function for our clients. We can fulfil this role in both long-term and short-term capacities, either as “in house” consultants or by providing temporary resource between permanent appointments.

We work alongside solicitors, project teams, internal and external stakeholders, (including your funding partners), ensuring the delivery of your expansion programme and extracting maximum efficiency from your estate. We can also advise on putting the infrastructure and teams in place to sustainably deliver long term growth.

Ben Suffolk

With over 15 years’ experience Ben had always worked in house for restaurant and leisure brands until setting up Custom Real Estate in 2022. 

Ben’s career highlights include working as Property Director for Le Pain Quotidien, covering the U.S., U.K., and Europe, being responsible for growing Coco di Mama in Central London with its founders, the Azzurri Group and Bridgepoint. He was also responsible for opening the first McDonald’s Delivery Kitchen in the world at the nascent stages of that market, then was instrumental in developing, refining and rolling out the format across the UK.

From his own experience it was clear to Ben that access to knowledgeable and flexible, senior, resource was a significant barrier for businesses.
